The Institute for Research on Labor and Employment (IRLE) at the University of California, Berkeley supports rigorous interdisciplinary research projects on topics aligned with our mission: to understand the dynamics and policies affecting workers, working life, and employment. We are inviting applications from groups of students and faculty to create interdisciplinary working groups on themes aligned with IRLE’s mission. IRLE Research Awards

The Institute for Research on Labor and Employment (IRLE) at the University of California, Berkeley supports rigorous interdisciplinary research projects on topics aligned with our mission: to understand the dynamics and policies affecting workers, working life, and employment. We provide research funding to UC Berkeley faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students. Applications are now closed for 2018-19. Applications for 2019-20 will be available in April 2019.
